Cannot create file error screenshot extension for Chrome

Screenshot extensions for Chrome v. 0.95, error when grabbing screen with a long URL, we get the following message, all is fine if we grab one with a smaller URL. The machine this is running on in Windows 2008R2 and the user has Admin permissions.
