As the title says, I've used fireshot pro for many years, bought a 2nd subscription for a couple more computers (a macbook) and although it seemed to "do" something to my browser (firefox), it clearly was not firefox pro since I have no opportunity to edit pages before saving them.
It appears I need to download a fireshot pro add-on, but I wasn't provided an option, and the windows version was downloaded. I've restarted the browser, but it didn't change things. How can I get the editor to appear before saving? |
