I have now purchased my second FireShot program in the last four years and the damn thing will not register or work on many functions.
Plugin version (.98.93.2) OS type and version (Edition: Windows 10 Home; Version: 1709; OS Build: 16299.125) Version of browser (Chrome Version 63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)) Steps to reproduce the bug (unknown Program/API/extension will not let me register the product.) Webpage URL causing this problem: (All include FireShot home page) Here is the contents of the browser console The SSL certificate used to load resources from https://bam.nr-data.net will be distrusted in M70. Once distrusted, users will be prevented from loading these resources. See https://g.co/chrome/symantecpkicerts for more information. Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings. IMHO a an abysmal install program for the whatever it is = Program, API, extension. Frustration to the nth degree. Another note. FireShot does not appear in the Chrome Store when you type in FireShot in the search bar. NOW HOW DO I FIX THIS SO IT WORKS LIKE IT USED TO. HAVE I INCLUDED ENOUGH INFORMATION FOR THIS BUG REPORT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND A SOLUTION SUBMITTED BACK TO ME. Now neither registration key will work. The result is I now cannot use FireShot.  |
