Audio in Flash videos cut out around 2-3 seconds

Love FireShot but when using Firefox (20.0.1) it causes my Flash videos to cut audio around 2-3 seconds every time. I've updated Flash to 11.7.700.169 and done every cache clearing possible but it keeps happening. 
I have Windows 7. |

| For sure, it's an issue with flash again. What I did instead is that I downgraded and it worked out for me. | ||
