Fireshot no longer works in Chrome with new Windows 7 update

| I just installed a new Windows 7 update. After I restarted my computer, I found that FireShot no longer interacts with Chrome. I can't capture, etc. I uninstalled it...and tried re installing it. The "Switch to Pro!" option doesn't work....so now I can't even enter my License key. Any thoughts? | ||

Symantec Antivirus locked one of the file. An exclusion for npfireshot.dll should be temporarily added to the anti-virus. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

| We did determine the cause. Not sure why the Windows update prompted this, but the real culprit was my antivirus software. It did me the favor of isolating a .dll file that made the program inoperable. Anyways, we established an exception in the antivirus software and all is well again! | ||
