FireShot has some great features and is very useful.  My only issue so far is, I purchased the Professional version, but it constantly says Buy.  Please fix this major issue it is no doubt the biggest annoyance.  We should not have to do anything other than install it and let it update everything on its own.

Thanks for getting back with me. I captured 2 screen shots, but this post has no way of adding them. At least what what i can see.
Anyway, I am according to About and the Details fully activated. |
