Hi, FireShot Team,
I am a fan of FireShot for many years. Today I saw FireShot Pro is for sale and and there is a discount of it. I am very interested in it. So I paid with Alipay. But I didn't get the license. Please help me. (I have also sent an email to contacts@getfireshot.com with full screenshot of this order.) The Merchant Order No. is 093706431429 |

How long to get the pro key? I paid via PayPal and go their payment notification. Been several hours and still waiting for the license key.

Since you paid via PayPal, all the info was sent to the email you're using in it (this is your PayPal id as well). | I did finally get my license key. I ordered the license at 11:45am and it was finally sent via at 4:30pm. So much for instant key delivery?! :-) They may want to remove that from the purchase page at: https://getfireshot.com/buy.php | ||
