I'm working in Windows 10, and the Chrome browser. Not sure how long I've had the FireShot Pro license, but I've been making scrolling screen captures of Facebook timelines and Twitter feeds for years, by means of scrolling to the bottom of the timeline or feed, then selecting capture entire page and save to PDF.
Now when I attempt it, FireShot Pro will only grab the first page of the timeline or feed. I've tried switching to Mozilla, and the problem persists. What's going on? Please advise. Thanks. |
