Hi,
Here's the background: - Fireshot Pro for Firefox v.0.99.15 - Windows 10 Pro - Firefox 94.0.1 (64-bit) When O login to SFDC and look at a Dashboard in Lightning or when I login to my LastPass, I am not able to capture the entire page. That choice is grayed out in FireShot. So I tried purchasing the pro license of FireShot and I see no difference. Could there be a setting in my Firefox that prevents the whole page screen capture. This seems to be a new problem. I thought the whole page screen shot worked even on the free version of FireShot. Best, -Karla karla.k.haley@gmail.com |
