When choosing to do a screenshot and then email, it goes though the screenshot process ( I can see the page scroll) flashes a little window very quickly that I can't make out, then it just goes away and back to the webpage. No email popup or anything. I use Gmail within Firefox. I have the Win 10 default email set to Firefox, and within Firefox, I have Gmail setup to handle "mailto". Could the last part be the issue?

First of all, please make sure you see the Email dialog after the scrolling is finished.
If you don't see this dialog, please press the SHIFT key when the scrolling starts and keep it pressed until you see that dialog. When you see it, please check the settings and press OK to create an Email. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Thank you. That fixes the issue with getting the print dialog, but I don't see how to get it to open Firefox and create email with Gmail. It works in other applications though, just not with this dialog generated by Fireshot |
