I own Fireshot Pro v.0.98.93,
Chrome (Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)), Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. For Fireshot Pro (in Chrome), I changed my external editor and now when I "Capture Entire Page and Edit in External Editor" I get an error message to the effect of "An error occurred while starting external editor. Please check, whether specified path exists". I know the path and external editor filename is incorrect but simply cannot find the place in the Fireshot Pro options menu (in Chrome) where I can change the path and the filename to my current external editor. I have tried using the <shift> key when invoking the screen capture but that does not seem to help at all. Also, the path and editor filename dialog box and the capture to editor seems to work fine when I use IE11 (version 11.0.46) on the same computer as the non-working Chrome dialog box.. HELP! |
