Won't screenshot scrolling area within page

Question

Hello,

I am trying to capture a scrolling area within a web page but it just returns nothing (Blank) for the entire area.

Middle of the web page (Dynatrace application login required) is a scrolling area i right click that and select capture selection/element. I then click the area where the scroll bar is and it scrolls but the capture it creates is just blank.

I am trying to upload an image of the page and portion i want to capture but don't see anyway to do so.

version:0.98.95
OS: windows 10 64 bit
Browser: chrome Version 69.0.3497.100

Dear Curtis, Thank you for the details provided, and I'm sorry for this issue - in the most of cases FireShot Pro scrolls and captures nicely, but sometimes we hear about problems, because each web site is unique. Normally we ask for the URL and try to find the cause, implement a fix and include it into the next release. This is a private page, so It seems impossible to diagnose it. Is it possible to save this page as a static HTML for research? P.S. You've done a great work by including a screenshot. By the way, you could do this work (capturing, hiding elements, annotation) much quicker directly from FireShot with the command 'Capture visible part and Edit'.
