I cannot install PRO

Question

I cannot get Pro to run,even after a restart. I am using Chrome and during installation, which seems to go alright, I get a brief message saying that Chrome has blocked it and it may work with another browser. I was running the free version before I purchased Pro, so there is nothing wrong with my setup. I would be grateful if someone can help as I find it very useful at times.

Hello, When does this message appear: when you run the EXE installer (https://getfireshot.com/fireshot-install.exe), or when you start Chrome? If first, then please make sure Chrome browser is not open when you run the installer.
