Scrolling screenshot (esp WhatsApp) ??

Question

Anyone have any tips on how to scroll capture, I cant find idiot proof video or tips anywhere.
Also having problems trying to scroll capture WhatsApp messages, there seems to be no control of where capture starts and where it ends. Also Firseshot only wants to capture from the last point it captured and not the same part again (if necessary).

Hello, FireShot scrolls pages automatically when you select the 'Capture Entire page' command. If you need to capture only one scrolling element on the page, please see this video: https://youtu.be/RQw7lud5BWs - you can use it for capturing the Whatsapp messages window. Sometimes screenshots have white areas - I need to check this problem, because I suspect there's something with the new update to Whatsapp Desktop and changed layout.

Hello. You asked for the video showing how to capture scrolling areas, and I gave you the link. Just like I said - there's a problem with the Whatsapp application because it implements infinite scrolling in a special way, that does not allow FireShot to precisely scroll the window and start capturing exactly from the specified point. We're working to fix that issue in the next update. But FireShot nicely works for the rest websites, 99% of all web pages - so I'm very sorry that WhatsApp is among the 1% of web pages currently not completely supported by FireShot.
