How does this work?

Question

I uploaded a trial version of the Chrome extension two weeks ago. Used it. No problems. Now I have paid the 39.99 GBP upgrade fee, installed Pro, and have the extension in Chrome. I go to a web page I need to capture, select the Chrome extension, select the option Capture Entire Page and Save as .pdf. Nothing happens. No download. Nothing in the Fireshot folder on my PC. Could you please tell me what I need to do? I am working on a huge deadline tonight and bought this specifically to print and save ONE page that doesn't render properly in its entirety. I do not have a pop-up blocker or something like that preventing the download. Thank you.

Hello. Sorry for late response - were you able to fix that problem? Does it happen to all URL you capture? Does the option 'Capture browser window and Edit' open a FireShot Editor?
