Hello
The license key I have had for the last 10 years, is not being accepted on my new laptop. I have removed the license key from the old laptop. I have tried to enter the information in the "switch to pro License Details" popup and receive the message "The license information for this application is missing or invalid" I have tried to download a new fireshot at https://getfireshot.com/download.php but receive this message, "Unfortunately, we could not find the order you specified." Please try another one. My details Fireshot 2.0.2.2 OS Windows 11 Home Browser Chrome 130.0.6723.59 Please let me know how to install the pro license key. thank you. |
