Please fix. I have Fireshot Pro. I can only access the page saying thanks for updating and trying to sell me other services. I cannot use the service I have already paid for. Please fix or refund.

What is unclear? As stated, I own a lifetime license. I posted here to advise that your app is not working and to request you fix it. You responded only with a message FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon! I too purchased a lifetime license a while ago, and it is not longer working. Rose Williams, are you having the same problem as mentioned in this topic?
