5 years no issues, since yesterday I can't capture at all

:( Using the pro app in two chrome profiles, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, removed any new chrome extensions, updated chrome, please help. This tool is the backbone of the majority of my workflow and I don't know what else to do right now.
