Tiny full screen shots

When I capture a full page, the screenshot is tiny and when I try to resize or insert it into a Word .doc file, I lose most of the image.  I'm trying to save some blog posts I've made, with the comments offered, but that seems to be impossible to do.  How do I fix this?

Possibly FireShot Preferences (Capturing section -> Capture size) helps.

Didn't help!  I can't figure it out.  When I open it in any photo editing software, it's a tiny image that cannot be edited or resized.  If I try to paste it into Word...I still lose half.

Is it tiny when you capture it and open in FireShot editor?

Yes!  That's what's so strange about it.

The pages seem to be too big for it to handle without reducing them.  But I want them full size, and I can' get that.

Try this with FF15.0. Looks like it was a browser issue after all.
