Support or MAC?

Question

Couple of issues ... First, is there support for Mac and also Mavericks specifically? I needed to change platform for uni needs.
Second .. I cannot see all of the files on my external drive with this Macbook that was written with a Win 7 machine. My notebook scribble of the Pro version serial number is not clear. I have entered what I think the s/n is in the signup area but it is not permitting access to the premium support area .. can anyone have a check please? or perhaps email me to confirm it? If I can't use this program now on this Mac then I may use it on a Win laptop if I get one as a second system here. There is no way for me to look into this at home since that is too far away at the moment. TY

Presently, the Pro version is only available on the Windows. You need to check out the support area for the Apple products to find the cause why you cannot see your files.

Dear Pamela, There was an error in your key: you entered '01A6' instead of 'O1A6'. I've just set up a correct key for you and now you can use the Premium section of the forum. Yes, you can use the Lite version on Mavericks. You'll need to install Google Chrome. The Lite version for Firefox will be available soon.

Thank you JK. I cannot login. The returned message is "Please specify a valid license key in your profile to proceed." but the key has already been entered. Re-entering the key does not resolve the problem. If the pro version is only available for Windows am I to assume the regular version works on Mavericks?
