After the last update, my settings refuse to remain at "capture entire page as pdf" and kept displaying the capture and edit page. Likewise, my settings refuse to remain at "pro," and I keep having to switch them back.

Browse as Guest in Microsoft Edge

| Nothing changed. I need to keep changing to pro version and I can't make save entire page to pdf my default. Are these settings stored somewhere? | ||

Can you please confirm, that you created a guest profile and re-installed the extension, re-activated it and found that the settings are still not being stored?

I browsed as a guest.
I removed the extension. I reloaded the extension from the MS store. I clicked on the extension and clicked on switch to pro. Pro successfully activated Changed settings to save full to pdf. Closed browser. Reopened browser. Settings reverted. I am a tech do you want me to remove settings.ini in app or edit the registry? Thanks for trying. |

To erase it completely, please remove it from Extensions, then close the browser.

Removed extension using manage extensions
remove entry from app data roaming tried reinstallation. unable to install the fireshot helper because there is no entry point under flashing arrow. screenshot available |
