I have a question regarding your free program: If l klick on "capture entire page, edit and save" I can not select the correct format in witch I want to save my data.

I mean that I can not select, if I want to save my data in jpg or gif....how can I put a screenshot into a forum? Sorry I do this for the first time.

Ok, looks like you checked the option "Show this dialog only when Shift is pressed".
