Hello Support,
I tried pro and trial expired and i clicked on revert to basic(lite). I even went as far as removing the extension and reinstalling and it will still prompt me to revert to lite almost daily. How can i fix this so i can just use the free(lite) version without the prompting to upgrade. I am using Wavebox browser (chrome based). Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter |

Did not realize you needed these. I am including below.
Here is the version of the plugin: Fireshot Version 2.1.4.18 OS type is Windows 11 Professional Engish Wavebox (Browser Version) Wavebox: 149.2.103.2 stable Steps: browser is opened and any page i try to take a screenshot which i do constantly due to my job in support and documenting in tickets. It gives me the pro options, even though I have told it previous day to revert to basic. I tell it again to revert and then repeat screen capture (select section) is the most common i use and it returns to basic until the next day when I try again. webpage: any Thanks again for your help |
