Paid for Lifetime Pro, received receipt from Paddle.net, no license attached?

Like many others, I paid for Fireshot Pro Lifetime, and received a receipt for that purchase on Feb 16th, 2026, but I have no follow-up email or anything, indicating an actual license code I can enter in my browsers to authorize the use of the extension.

I'm logged in here with the same email address that license and purchase went through, but I have no access to the Premium forum topics, and I can't retrieve my license here either.

Where do I find my license and how do I update to the 'Pro Lifetime' version of the extension in my browser, so I can properly license and use it?
