Thank you. Since this seems to be an AliPay payment, the order search needs more time. We're trying to locate this order. Unfortunately, the AliPay mobile payments are known to hang up frequently when the page/tab is closed before it's completely loaded. The payment system is aware of this bug, but it's still not fixed.
