An error message appeared at the end of the capture when saving:
error creating bitmap: not enough memory. The resulting image may be corrupted, sorry. This problem happens to me regularly, after downloading the whole page, this message appears and prevents the creation of my image... if I test on my other computer the same page it works (but others will have the error message), if I restart my computer one time out of three the image of this web page downloads without error message.... My computer has 3TB of memory and a 32GB ram of very good capacity, I do not understand where this problem comes from. Google chrome Version 107.0.5304.107 (Build officiel) (64 bits) FireShot Version 1.10.5 Windows 10 Family Version 22H2 Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64 Français |

Hello, can you please try running FireShot in Firefox? At the moment, the Mozilla Store provides a modern version of the extension that aims to solve this issue. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
