OK, where is the hidden menu to install with a code and not get charged again?

| Not being a tech wizard, how do I install this on a new computer when I have paid for the pro version? Everywhere I go, it indicates I have to pay again..... I'm using windows 11. The version I was using on the old computer was 1.11.18. nope, not on drugs, just don't see the right option. | ||
