Hi,
FireShot pro has not been working for me in Firefox for about a year. It used to work fine. The capture must happen because the capture sound is heard, but then no window opens. Plugin version 0.98.96 Windows 10 French Version of browser Firefox 68.0.2 64 bits Start brower, capture screen, no FireShot window opens. Problems occurs with all webpages in Firefox, but all works well in Chrome. Message in toolbar window: There was a problem during the FireShot maintenance: Error copying native host to: C: etc Can you help? |
