What kind of service does this place offer after purchasing Fireshot.
I bought mine I'd guess 8-10 years ago. Bought new pc. Can't find my old install key. Can log into my profile at Fireshot site. But NOBODY seems willing to help. I have used this app for years. Works great. But now NOTHING. No HELP. Does this place still exist? Is this normal???? Take your money and run? |
