FireShot screenshot extension does not capture the entire page correctly

Fireshot does not capture the entire page correctly. There will be repeating bars and duplicate information covering up other information, so I never capture the webpage, only parts of it.
This plugin, which I actually paid for, has been completely useless to me. Please advise. Thanks Win 7 64 Plugin ver. 0.95 Google Chrome 16.0.912.63m |

What do you do with the "fireshot_96.crx" file once it has been downloaded. I'm having the same issue with the lines on a full page screen capture as well. I'm using the paid version that we purchased on on the 9th. We have a big project where we need to be dong 100's of captures of demos of our products so a speedy reply would be much appreciated

| I installed that into Chrome and it worked great...no lines at all in the full page captures. Only issue is...even though I purchased it for Firefox, my license key doesn't work on the chrome version. How can I get that authorized for the chrome version until the "line free" fix is available for Firefox? | ||

I'm still having this issue:

There is still the problem of Fireshot Pro repeating banners across a scrolling screenshot. My example is trying to take a screenshot of a webpage using Wayback Machine to take a screenshot of the below URL:
Plugin Version: Latest version of FireShot (when I click on Miscellaneous/About, nothing happens to show plugin information) OS type and version: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1809 Webpage URL: https://web.archive.org/web/20101103013100/https://www.alertus.com/partners/ Try to take a screenshot of above URL with Google Chrome and you will end up with two extra Wayback Machine banners in the middle of the screenshot. This is for a discovery request for a law firm. This problem renders FireShot worthless for us. Overall FireShot is excellent, but this problem is a major issue. FYI: Snagit 13 (older version) does not have a problem with Wayback Machine banner repeating; however, Snagit has terrible capture information options which is limited as far as customizing. Fireshot Pro is way ahead when it comes to capture information and FireShot's editing process is much better. But the above problem should be fixed. |
