| Hi, when trying to SWITCH TO PRO after reinstalling Fireshot (Windows 10 newest, Firefox newest), my licence does not get accepted. I am trying for the third time now to get any answer from support team - vainly so far. It's a lifetime-license, support was guaranteed for lifetime, so please somebody in support tell me what to do when I would like to use the pro-features. | ||
