Hello.
Been having problems ever since purchasing (recent) in getting key recognized. I entered it in Firefox and it took.. then next day stopped working. Re-installed Fireshot and it worked again. Then quit again. This time I ran the installer and it worked again - also works in Chrome BUT I have not had any success ever getting the key recognized in IE. By the way these are all 32 bit programs (except Chrome which has not given me a problem.. yet). Also in IE I keep getting the message 'A Website wants to open web content... Fireshot for Internet Explorer'. I tell it okay and then it comes back after another license failure. Running IE 11 on Windows 10 Pro. Firefox is older version 12 32 bit (I don't want to update yet because I would lose my needed extensions). Chrome is 49.0.2623.112 64 bit. I am not a newbie at this. I know how to enter the license - I enter it in IE and it says essentially invalid - switching to basic. Trm |
