I'm very frustrated.
Yesterday I've bought FireShot Pro Lifetime license. On our website you advertising following informations: "perform quick edits, add text annotations," "There's no need to run an external editor to quickly resize, crop, highlight, blur, or erase desired elements." ... and so on ... But this isn't true. I have Firefox 45.0.1, 64-Bit version. In this browser I can't register/activate FireShot Pro. I can't see an relevant button and so on. Then I've installed FireShot Pro into the Thunderbird. In these 32-Bit app, I can register FireShot Pro. I've bought FireShot Pro do take a screenshot AND edit them. I can't find on our website a limitation to use FireShot Pro only with the 32-Bit version of Firefox. I've good reasons to go to the 64-Bit version of Firefox. I will not go back to the 32-Bit version. In this case, FireShot Pro is useless for me! Is there a foreseeable deadline, that FireShot Pro support Firefox 64-Bit? If this is for a long time, what have I to do with a piece of software, that I don't can use? Plugin version: 0.98.85 OS: Windows 7 64-Bit Pro Browser: Firefox 45.0.1, 64-Bit |
