Hi:
We recently migrated a user off of a Win 7 computer onto a new Win 10 computer. When we go to install FireShot Pro and enter his license key it is saying it is not valid. We are entering the same key that he used on his Win 7 computer. Can someone email me at michael.difebo@nortonrosefulbright.com and assist please. Thanks Mike |
