| Firefox ESR 52.1.2 (32-bit) was accepting Fireshot just fine and so was Google Chrome, on winxp, Explorer doesn't run well. Everything was working fine until tonight I went to print and somehow my paid version of Fireshot Pro had gone back to Lite and urged me to purchase Pro. I downloaded the install for Pro again and now Google still has it as Fireshot Lite and Firefox totally rejected both Lite and Pro with a message that went by so fast, I could not capture it. I have had issues with Firefox with other add-ons before - they are FRUSTRATING! Help!! Thank you. | ||
