Hello !
I cannot get fireshot to work anymore, a small area from the menu sometimes briefly shows up when I left click on the screenshot extension icon of the Chrome extension menu but that does not occur each time, most of the time it just does nothing. I tried to reset chrome, reinstalled chrome, deleted user AppData profile folder without getting the extension back to work. Plugin version : FireShot 0.98.92.2 Browser : Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) OS : Windows 10, French Webpage : any After reactivating Fireshot, I also could not get my CTRL + D shortcut to work on Chrome to add bookmarks. CTRL + D works when I reset Chrome, but once I install Fireshot it is over, even uninstalling Fireshot is not sufficient to get CTRL + D working again. Thank you in advance for your help ! |
