my client is having this issue. We have removed the addon and reinstalled and still get the cookie dialogue across the caps when viewed after saving. It doesnt happen on any other machines in the office and not sure what on this machine could be bugging out the software. needless to say we have reset settings in all browsers, rebooted the browsers and reinstalled the add ons.

As soon as my client clicksghe icon to start a capture the website cookiealert is triggered. When the capture is saved it had the cookie warning across it. |

Confirmed. This site has a specific script, which hides the cookies message below the viewport. The capture can be done nicely, however - you need to change the capture method in the FireShot options to "Always scroll". __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
