Get the file name and the button pressed on Save Dialog

Hi,
I use Fireshot on an automated way with fsapi.js.
With Windows 7 and Firefox(36.0.1)
When I save a screenshot I like to know the file name entered in the Save dialog and which button was pressed (Save or Cancel).
Is there a way to do that?
