FireShot version 1.0.0.1
Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 Internet Explorer 11 When I open and use IE11, there is no evidence of FireShot being installed. There is no icon to click or hover over. When I try to add it by going to View>Toolbars, it shows as an option in the menu. When I click the checkbox for it to display in the toolbar, I get an error message which says: 'Do you want to disable this add-on' and the only button options are Disable and Close. Fireshot is working fine on the same computer using Firefox. I can't work out how to add it to Chrome, but this is less urgent than having it working on IE. Thank you |
