I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.8 on opensuse 10.2 - it produces an Error: Componentes.classes[cid] has no properties. Greetings Frank |

Hi!
I would prefer it if you place such an important notice on the homepage of the plugin so everyone who wants to download it can notice it immediately. I hope that is not too complicated. Thanks for you advice Frank |

Hi,
I thought, it would be enough a notice at the green button saying Install Now (Windows). __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Hi,
Well, to complete this thread, I agree with the previous "Guest"... A bit more information would be helpfull on the download link. For example, just over the textarea I'm typing in, I read : Quote:
Warning before posting bugreports: please take into account that your bugreports will be ignored if you don't include the following info about your problem: * Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.45) * OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English) * Version of Firefox (i.e. Firefox/2.0.0.14) * Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start FX, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx) Please include as much additional info as you can because even a small detail can speed up the process of fixing the bug. Thank you for your assistance, your help is much appreciated. A small title named "Requirements" on the front page, with the same information as quoted here, would be great! Thanks |

It's not a true solution, but the general "your s.o.l" responses you got is a good sign to not hold your breath waiting for linux support. |
