I've installed FireShot 0.65 on both Firefox 3 and IE7 running on Windows Vista Home Premium. It works fine in Firefox but crashes IE7 every time I click on it. I suspect it may be conflicting with another add-on in IE7. I've reset IE to it's original settings and tested it with various add-ons disabled but with no success. Does anyone know of any IE add-on or setting that could possibly be at odds with FireShot? |

Hi,
I have the same problem. I have the same configuration machine and it is impossible uninstall the IE7 from Vista because it is included on O.S. Vista. |

An update since my original post: I now have FireShot working on IE, but IE8 Beta not IE7, and accomplished this in an unexpected way. After upgrading to IE8 Beta, I decided to try installing FireShot again by downloading it from the FS website, yet it still wouldn't work. So I uninstalled FS and gave up. But while using Firefox a few days later, I noticed an option to "Integrate into Internet Explorer" in FS's drop-down menu. So I gave it a try. Although a message appeared that the installation had been blocked because it wasn't compatible with IE8, I opened IE8 anyway to check. Not only was FS installed, but it worked fine! In short, the manual installation didn't work but the automatic installation did. Go figure. |

Yes, I suggest, this happened because you installed 0.69 version exactly at the moment when it was released. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
