Just an FYI. This recently started happening and i read through some of the other bug reports but couldn't find a solution. I found a solution. I already made sure that thunderbird was my default email client for windows and had it selected in fireshot when it asked me to select my email client after capturing the page I wanted. INSTEAD of selecting thunderbird, i tried selecting AUTODETECT and to my amazement, that worked....
