FireShot 0.98.95
Windows 7 Pro, English Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps: 1. Navigate to web page 2. Click the FireShot Extension icon 3. Click the Capture Entire Page 4. Click the Save As Image 5. The popup has filename "download" and type "*.*" (instead of a generated filename based on the web page, and type png) 6. Click Save 7. Chrome doesn't manage to download and instead specifies "download Failed - Network error" Note: - even if I specify a filename, such as "test1.png" the error still occurs - once a webpage i'm attempting to capture experiences the above issue - which is generally not on the first time, but usually after I come back to do a capture at a later date - it will never work again even after restarting the computer, or letting several days pass, or even removing the FireShot extension and reinstalling it. |

Hi Team, Thanks for your prompt reply. The website that this has been manifesting on for me I can't actually share with you because of my private information contained throughout it... but if you could advise/instruct me on what you're after I could look to capture some details for you and provide it in a redacted format. Under instruction I would be competent with the debugger, logs, etc. |

That's the only one I've used it on... it usually works the first time, but not subsequent times (intermittent). Is there a cache of some sort that I could clear?
One currently occurring is that the PNG experiences the problem, however, the PDF works fine. Based on prior experiences if I were to change the FireShot-generated filename for the PDF, save it, and then try and repeat the PDF process again, the PDF would likely start to experience the problem on this second & subsequent attempt - even if I remove FireShot extension. |

If this problem still exists on the other websites, can we check it together?
Additionally, can you tell me please, if you see any errors in the console in the FireShot's "save" page when you click the "save" buton? To open the console, please press Ctrl + Shift + I, then select the "Console" tab. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Hi Team,
I found a fresh website that this problem occurs for me on. It seems to be more of an issue on pages with more graphics / complexity. Navigate to https://www.betootaadvocate.com/ Click FireShot -> Capture Entire Page Both the Save Image (png) and Save PDF result in the error as described in the OP. No exceptions listed in the Chrome console. |

Thank you everyone for taking part in fixing this issue. There's an update available on Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/take-webpage-screenshots/mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg
If you're not updated automatically, please reinstall FireShot to fix this problem. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
