Why does FireShot reduce the format of snapshots?

When I use ''Capture entire page and Save'', FireShot save a reduced size of the page, not the 1:1 scale.
But in Miscellaneous → Options I choose ''Do not resize''. The same result, when I choose ''custom %'' as ''100''. |
