Hello again,
This morning I am not able to edit an captured image in the Pro version of Fireshot. There aren't even any tools, it is just the image. You don't even have buttons to copy the image. This is on a Windows 10 machine I don't know what you mean by send the "logs"? Using the most current Firefox web browser. I'm not sure where to find the version#. It says its the Quantum and is up to date. I have an image on the screen, click the Fireshot button to capture the screen and "edit".
