Good day,
I have nine Google profiles, and I have a copy of Chrome running for each. Lately, Fireshot is generating a Windows error message telling me mysteriously that "software is not supported". After reviewing the browsers, I see that some profiles recognize my Pro licence, and there is no problem. For some of the other profiles, the Pro license is not recognized, and it is generating errors (and, also, not providing access to Pro features). Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you!
