Is there a way to reverse crop a captured screenshot?

| For instance, say I screenshot a recipe and there are ad breaks littered throughout. Is there a way to cut out those ad breaks completely? Not cover them up, but select the area to delete and have that area deleted. Obviously the selection would have to be either the full height or the full width of the screenshot, so that the screenshot would be completely severed into two separate pieces which would then be joined together. | ||
