IT IS THE UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 26, 2023 (v1.11.25) THAT STARTED THE BUG TO STOP CAPTURING THE PAGES IN CHROME VERSION 67 Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Version) 64 bits

With the new update fireshot stopped/freezes and does not capture web pages.

I tested all options and it does not capture. The message "Stop capturing" keeps appearing and it does not carry out the capture nor does it open the window to save in the folders.

But, if you open the "extensions" page at the address "chrome://extensions/", it only provides the option "Capture visible part and..." in this case it performs the capture and opens the window to save in the folders.

Hello. I apologize for inconvenience. Unfortunately, there's no way to opt out updates for older versions of Chrome, just like Firefox do, so we cannot undo this action. Chrome 67 was released in 2018, it's 2023 now, and new FireShot features require new API, which is unavailable for such an outdated versions. I suggest you updating at least to Chrome 80 to avoid problems with FireShot.
