| Downloaded FireShot Pro after entering license key and engaged IT Support at work to install it on company laptop. Installation completed successfully and then followed the manual steps to install the browser plugins but these are not Pro versions. Restarted computer, but no luck. Re-engaged IT Support and re-installed FireShot Pro, still no luck. | ||
