Can't get access to premium support even though I have full paid version

Hi,
I have a full paid version. I have placed my license key in my profile (I'm using it to use the Full version on my desktop so must be valid) but it's still asking me to enter a valid license key in my profile so can't get access to premium support. Please advise Regards Keith |

I paid for their full version, but after an update to firefox it says I need to buy it again...what can I do.
There seems to be no email to send my problem to. Just forums... |
